Case Study #1: Creating a Management Team

Challenge:

Petey was hired as a business coach for the president of a full-service roofing company with over 200 employees. The Company had aggressive growth plans and the owner wanted to create a self-performing management / leadership team. Petey needed to reposition perceptions and expectations to create efficient processes, personnel working at their highest and best use and increased revenue and yield.

  • Developed an interview process for hiring and upgrading the employee base using formulas to disclose skill, knowledge, attitude and behavior.
  • Facilitated a three-month customized ‘Leadership Boot Camp’ for top management designed to take them to the next level, including 360-degree evaluations and exercises in ‘Crisis Management.’

Results:

Petey’s strategic plan gave the president new time management skills that created measurable productivity and helped empower department leaders.
